Phytobia species is added to the Radnorshire vice county list
On 14 January 2024, John Lyden examined Blackthorn stems at Cefn Vron, Radnorshire VC43 and found the larval feeding signs of Phytobia cerasiferae (Kangas, 1955), which represents the first known record for the vice county.
