Laburnum leaf miner is added to the Cheshire Diptera list
On 12 August 2023, Andrew Emmerson found the larval mine of Phytomyza cytisi Brischke, 1881 on Laburnum at Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire VC58. This is the first known record for the vice county.
