Phytobia species is added to the South Devon Diptera list
On 25 January 2024, Andrew Cunningham examined a Hawthorn stem and found the medullary spots of Phytobia carbonaria (Zetterstedt, 1848) at Halberton, South Devon VC3. Andrew’s record is the first for the vice county.
