Most northerly record for the Stinking Hellebore miner is reported
On 10 February 2024, Jill Cunningham spotted the larval mines of Phytomyza hellebori Kaltenbach, 1874 on Stinking Hellebore at Wylam, South Northumberland VC67, which represents the first record for the vice county and the most northerly British record to date.
