Two stem boring species are added to the Lanarkshire list
On 13 February 2024, puparia of Melanagromyza oligophaga Spencer, 1990 and Napomyza lateralis (Fallén, 1823) were found inside Ragwort stems at Cessnock, Lanarkshire VC77 which represents the first known record of each species in the vice county.
