Phytobia species is added to the West Cornwall Diptera list
On 29 December 2023, Adam Cheeseman checked Blackthorn stems at Tresavean, West Cornwall VC1, for the feeding signs of Phytobia cerasiferae (Kangas, 1955) and duly found them, representing the first record for the species in the vice county.
