Rare Phytomyza species is reported as new to South Essex
On 21 June 2021, Ed Hardy photographed a male Phytomyza orobanchia Kaltenbach, 1864 on Broomrape at Little Belhus, South Essex VC18. This is the first record of the species in the vice county.
