Blackthorn feeding Phytobia species is added to the Herefordshire list
On 8 January 2024, John Lyden observed the larval feeding signs of Phytobia cerasiferae (Kangas, 1955) in Blackthorn at Lucton School, Herefordshire VC36. This is the first known occurrence of the species in the vice county.
