Phytobia species is added to yet another vice county list
On 29 December 2023, John Lyden found the medullary spots and feeding tracks of Phytobia carbonaria (Zetterstedt, 1848) in Hawthorn stems from his Shropshire (VC40) garden, representing the first known record for the vice county.
