Another new vice county record for the two Phytobia species
On 29 December 2023, Bryan Dickinson found the feeding signs of Phytobia carbonaria (Zetterstedt, 1848) and Phytobia cerasiferae (Kangas, 1955) at Mynydd, Llandegai, Caernarvonshire VC49 which represents the first known records of these species in the vice county.
