Mint miner is reported as new to South Lancashire list
On 25 December 2023, Andy Donegan spotted the larval mines of Phytomyza petoei Hering, 1924 on a Mentha sp. in Liverpool, South Lancashire VC59. This observation represents the first known record of the species in the vice county. Many thanks for Andy for submitting his record.
