Stem boring species is added to North-east Yorkshire Diptera list
Sam Buckton found the larval feeding signs of Melanagromyza lappae (Loew, 1850) inside Burdock stems on 7 February 2024 at St Nicholas Fields, North-east Yorkshire VC62. This is the first known record for the vice county.
