Phytobia species is officially added to the Westmorland Diptera list
Robert Homan found the medullary spots of Phytobia carbonaria (Zetterstedt, 1848) in a Hawthorn stem at Ings, Westmorland VC69 on 17 April 2024. This is the first known record for the vice county.
